La Ribambelle a accueilli pour un stage de 8 semaines, Somaly du 12 novembre au 2 janvier et Adéle du 10 février au 3 avril, dans le cadre de leur formation d’éducatrice de jeunes enfants.
Former et accompagner ces étudiants sur le terrain, est un rôle important dans la transmission des valeurs de notre métier.
Dans le contexte actuel, en lien avec la réforme des métiers de la petite enfance et plus largement celle des travailleurs sociaux, nous trouvons important d’encadrer ces futurs professionnels de la manière la plus honnête et cohérente en leur montrant notre quotidien auprès des jeunes enfants.
